Aluplex International Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) is the export division of Aluplex, with its head office in Navi Mumbai and factory in Gadwal, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, for visitors in the EU and UK, the GDPR.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or ask us to call you, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and a description of your project.
When you browse the site, our analytics tool records anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you reached us. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Why we use it
Enquiry details are used only to respond to you about your project. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to a request you made.
Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Where a law requires consent for analytics, we ask for it before loading the tool.
Who sees it
Enquiries are delivered by email to our project team in India through a transactional email provider. Analytics are processed by Google. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
If you contact us from outside India, your data is transferred to India to be handled. We apply the safeguards described here wherever it is processed.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to three years afterwards for project records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s default period.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority: the UAE Data Office, India’s Data Protection Board, or your EU or UK supervisory authority.

Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics set cookies to distinguish visitors only after you press “Accept” in the cookie bar; if you decline, or do nothing, no analytics cookie is set. Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. The chat bubble is provided by Pipedrive and sets cookies only to keep your conversation together; anything you type into it is sent to Pipedrive and stored in our CRM so we can reply.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
