Since 1981, Aluplex has delivered 500+ façade projects across 20 Indian cities — landmark towers, corporate campuses and hotels for some of the country's most demanding developers.
What began as a small aluminium windows contractor in a Mumbai workshop is today a fully integrated façade company: design, engineering and manufacturing under one roof, nothing outsourced. Four and a half decades of steady delivery, through every market cycle, is the track record our clients build on.

One roof, one team. The engineers who draw a façade also cut, machine, glaze and pack it in Gadwal — crated and ready for site. Nothing is subcontracted between drawing and crate.

Performance testing
Proven before it's built.
Every system is built full-size first and put through the same air, water, structural and seismic sequence the finished façade will face — on the rig, witnessed by the consultant, before a single panel ships.

Packing & Transport
Packed to how your site unloads.
There is no single default. Every panel is engineered to the façade; the packing is engineered to the shipment — tower crane or forklift at the far end decides which of two methods leaves Gadwal. One order can be split across both.

Each crate is built to the panel — full enclosure, engineered for export handling and multiple points of transfer between factory and site.

Panels are packed flat on stackable steel frames rather than crated — suited to sites that unload directly off the container by forklift.

The route· From Gadwal
One yard.
Two coasts.
The factory sits inside Gadwal itself, next to the rail-linked container depot — panels move from the factory floor onto rail wagons with no separate road transfer. From the same yard, containers move to Nhava Sheva for USA-bound cargo and to Chennai for Australia and other eastern markets.
